Regardless of whether you decide to pay for your repair or replacement yourself or file an insurance claim, we will come to you to complete the repair work.
When you call Payless Glass to schedule your auto glass repair work, one of our friendly customer service representatives will ask you to identify the day of the week and the time of the day which works best with your schedule. We can usually narrow our arrival time to a 2-3 hour window on a given day. In most cases, we can schedule your auto glass installation within a day or two of your call. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Payless Glass technicians can meet you at your home or place of business. In many cases our customers will ask us to come to their workplace to install their damaged windshield. Simply give the Payless Glass specialist your work schedule when you call and we can help decide on a time that fits best with your busy day. We just need you to be able to unlock the car when our technician arrives and we can call you when the job is completed. Most windshield replacements take less than an hour and you’ll need to let the car sit for about 20 minutes after the work is completed.
